All content not originally created by me is reprinted here under fair-use or with explicit permission to be re-used by me. Be honorable and use common sense before reprinting anything here that has not been originally created by me. Assume that if I didn’t create it, that the strictest application of Copyright is applied to the work.
  • Any original content created by me (Jeremy Osborne), which is not explicitly listed under other licensing terms, falls under the Creative Commons Attribution United States 3.0 License. If you are not familiar with this license, please follow the link.
  • At times I (Jeremy Osborne) will apply a stricter, or looser, license to certain original content that I create and then post on this website. This different license will be spelled out, along with its scope. If I do use a different license, the terms of that license override the general license (see above) of my blog for the scope that the license is defined for. Since this is a blog, the standard overriding scope is per-post.
